What contact center is effective?

Areal contact centers boom is observed in Russia. The market of outsourcing call centers expand at an annual pace of 20 - 30 percent, as for corporate contact centers there is no firm statistics, but on internal sensation it grows even faster. Number of operators engaged in this sphere is over 90000 and there is a staff famine at the market.
