Recent years were difficult for uninterruptible power supply market: the global crisis triggered declines in most of the companies in cash and in physical terms. However, despite this, the continuous development of IT sphere with the construction of new data centers requires a corresponding continuous protection – any "blackout" can be costly for the company. In such a difficult situation, every customer is important to the manufacturer – a customer which has its own interests and requirements. In our proposal, we must build on them, at the same time predicting the efficiency of an UPS in a particular enterprise.
