From the spectrum regulation to radio management

Over the last few years radio frequency spectrum conversing helped to form its structural and organizational framework and by established procedures to identify bodies to ensure its implementation. In accordance with the regulations of the Russian Federation, the organization of the radio frequency spectrum conversing is provided by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, but decisions on these works are provided by the State Commission for Radio Frequencies (SCRF), which approves the composition of the working group of the authorized representatives of the ministries and departments.
