Latency of data transmission in LEO constellation with physical transfer of the message on board of a spacecraft

One of a most important quality index of a communication system is the possibility to deliver digital message within set time frame. This index is called "Latency" and sometimes becomes defining in evaluation of quality of LEO systems that physically transfers message on board of a satellite. In this article we use "Gonets LEO system`s topology in order to analyse it's latency and estimate it's impact on constellation efficiency while using different data routes and other parameters of the constellation and its ground infrastructure.
