Spacecraft service area modeling for constellations based on "Tundra"

A brief analysis of the Russian projects of mobile satellite communications. Noted that the rationale for the technical deci- sions taken in these projects require additional objective analysis. To this end, a number of simulation results presented work areas constellations created from orbit "Tundra", which give an idea of the potential of such systems in terms of service in Russia and its northern regions in particular.
