The first results of the use of
satellite broadband in Russia
During the first years of development Russian market of satellite broadband
demonstrated quite serious growth. Through continuous improvement of technical
base today, the consumer is able to get a service comparable in quality to
terrestrial communication channels, on the hole territory of the Russian
Federation. However, the cost of the subscriber terminal is still one of the
main obstacles to the development of the industry.
